Liked the location of the hotel. Also, the room and hotel itself looked clean.

I did not like the staff, they seemed very arrogant. No smile, did not even try to listen to your question. The toiletries (e.g.: the shaving foam tube, toothpaste tube) were empty, just filled with air. And it was expensive, not worth the money.

I just don’t like the attitude of reception peoples. So Rude ! We stayed 8 nights here and when we leave she didn’t even say thankyou . She just asked are you going to checkout give me the cards ??

The environment and location begin right beside masjid nabawi was amazing

Did have issue with the key cards not working had to have cleaning guy of the floor open and the room next to me the individuals were smoking alot of cigarettes

I booked the Royal Suite at Millennium Taiba, expecting a premium experience. Instead, I found a room in total disrepair. There were exposed nails in the floor and loose carpeting that created constant tripping hazards.The most shocking part was the lack of heating. With outside temperatures dropping to 3°C, the room was freezing. When I raised this for my seven-month-old infant, the hotel admitted their system has no heating capability at all. Despite this being a fundamental failure of service, they refused to let us check out early and move to another hotel. Their only solution was a fruit basket—a completely insulting response to a safety and health concern.As a Genius Level 3 member, I expected Booking.com to protect me from this "not as described" property. Instead, I was met with silence, was hung up on by support, and received no help while I was actually in the hotel.This property is a safety risk and is being falsely advertised as a luxury stay. Between the defective mattresses, the cold, and the dangerous flooring, this was the worst travel experience I have had. Do not book here.

I am a Genius Level 3 member who spends a significant amount on Booking.com, yet this stay was a total nightmare. I booked the Royal Suite for my family—the most expensive room—and it was not as described.The suite had exposed nails, loose carpets (major tripping hazards), defective mattresses and very dated hotel. Worse, the hotel admits they have no heating, leaving my seven-month-old infant in a freezing room during 3°C weather. When we asked to leave after the first night, the hotel refused. And did nothing to help. Equally disappointing is Booking.com. Despite my loyalty and "priority" status, their customer service has been abysmal. I was hung up on, ignored for days, and left to fend for myself and still have got no help. The "Specialist Team" only responded after multiple attempts and has done nothing to resolve the situation.If you value your safety and your money, do not stay here, and be warned that Booking.com may not support you when things go dangerously wrong—even if you are a loyal member.

Since the management change I found few subtle but impactful changes. They used to have traditional complementary Qahwa and Infused water, however this it was noticeably missing

Unnecessary too much expensive. Making money with this mind that people will more come in season and increased the prices, its not allowed in Islam and considered Haraam

Excellent location right in front of Haram, prompt response in the event of a medical emergency, very kind staff, reasonably priced restaurant.

Maybe the perfumes in the lobby were a bit too strong.

Except breakfast and location, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay. We booked two connecting rooms for a family of five, yet the Duty Manager initially forced us into a single room with four beds. When she attempted to correct this, she placed our teenage children in a room on the opposite side of the floor. This lack of regard for family safety resulted in three sleepless nights before a supervisor finally moved us closer which is a room between to 608 and 610.In addition to the service failures, the physical state of the rooms is poor. The mattresses in all three rooms we occupied were severely worn out, causing significant physical discomfort.While we appreciated the hospitality of Captain Reza and Manager Bassam in the restaurant, the rest of our experience was unacceptable. I expect a response regarding how you intend to address these service and maintenance failures. I am extremely disappointed to find that the rates I paid through an online agent are nearly double the current walk-in prices. Despite being told otherwise, rooms are readily available on-site for half the cost. Given the vast oversupply of hotels around the Haram, supply clearly exceeds demand regardless of the season. I deeply regret booking online, as this lack of transparency cost me thousands of dollars.

The spring mattresses in all three rooms we occupied were severely worn out and lacked proper support. Over our five-night stay, this caused significant physical discomfort that escalated into persistent body aches. Despite taking medication, the pain has not subsided.
